Regarding the exterior: The openings on the facade of the building, on the first floor, are arranged symmetrically with a large door and its characteristic cast iron balcony in the centre, and two large windows of the same size on each side.
The façade has characteristic protruding ceiling cornices and solid parapets as well as carved cornerstones that accentuate the corners of the building. The windows have classic wooden shutters and decorative indentations at their base as well as other decorative elements between them.
