This lovely hotel complex is in the Sisi, a seaside resort in Lassithi, Eastern Crete.
It is about 300 meters from the sea and 1 km from the sandy beach of “Boufos”.
The complex was built in 1985 and is in excellent condition and fully functional. It has been operating as a fully licensed holiday complex for almost 30 years.
The property is made up of one building with 23 self-catering apartments. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors have village and sea views. There is a reception area with adjacent auxiliary areas, pool area, showers and restrooms, and a pool bar.
There is also a car park for guests at the entrance.
The unit is complemented by outdoor areas of about 4.000m2 with 2 swimming pools – one of 14,11m2 (children’s) and another of 167,12m2 (adult).
Adjoining the pool area is a 1.300 m2 of landscaped garden for events – social, recreational and entertainment – with full sound and lighting installations.
All the outdoor areas are perfectly landscaped with lawns and surrounded by trees and plants. Α fully automatic irrigation system has also been installed.
The 23 Apartments are on 4 floors with a total area of approximately 700μ2 and made up of:
- 12 two-room apartments (capacity up to 4 persons).
- 3 studios (capacity up to 4 persons)
- 8 Studios (capacity up to 3 persons)
All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with an average area of 30m2 each. Half are fitted with showers, and the other half are fitted with hot tubs.
They were completely renovated in 2011. Updates were undertaken in 2015 and again in 2018.
All internal areas and apartments are air-conditioned, and hot water is provided via solar panels.
Included in the price is a 2017 building permit that was issued through the Ministry of Development and Investment for the construction of an additional 53-bed, 18-room unit (11 Triple – 5 Triple with loft – 1 Suite and 1 Double) adjacent to the existing building, with an approved grant amount.
Due to the non-implementation of the above investment, a revised permit was resubmitted (specifically regarding the cost of the project) with a complete cost feasibility study and a financing scheme (equity, bank borrowing, and a government grant) and approval is pending.
