An interesting two storey corner house of approx. 60m2 near the upper centre of Kritsa village.
The ground floor comprises two rooms, both of which have the original deep arch recesses. Floors are stone and ceilings concrete. One room has the old sink and fireplace.
The upper floor has 3 independent rooms, with tiled floors and concrete ceilings. One room was the kitchen and has functional, although old-fashioned cupboards, sink and cooker. The other two rooms were bedrooms. There is an external bathroom with sink, toilet and shower fitting. Along the upper floor here runs a balcony and from the “bedrooms” there are really wonderful views over the village, down the valley and to the sea and mountains beyond.
The rooms are not unified internally on the upper floor, although they are on the ground floor. As the house has two entrances, it could become two independent studio apartments. Otherwise new owners would probably want to unify the two floors.
The house seems to be in good condition with working electric and water. It has a traditional feel to it and much character.
Road access is close but the actual pedestrian access to the house it is not steeply stepped.
